Accendra Health is seeking a Delivery Technician to drop off, set up, and pick up durable medical equipment in patient homes. You will educate patients on equipment use and ensure safe operation while delivering high‑quality service.

The role supports patient safety, comfort, and independence. Based at the Portsmouth branch, you will join a small team that values you, with a clear on‑call rotation and hands‑on responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Completion of Accendra’s Driver Training Program.
• English reading, writing, and speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. as part of daily deliveries and setups.
• Deliver, set up, and pick up DME and supplies inside patient homes.
• Provide clear, compassionate, professional instruction on equipment use.
• Offer a high level of customer service and support to patients who may rely on this equipment for life‑sustaining needs.
• Load and unload equipment from the delivery vehicle.
• Respond to emergency delivery requests when needed.
• Complete delivery logs, pickup forms, and vehicle documentation accurately.
