Job summary

Aaron's is seeking a Delivery Driver Assistant to support the delivery and installation of merchandise in customers' homes. You will work with the Delivery Driver to stage, load, unload, install, and demonstrate products, while also assisting with store operations and customer connections.

The role requires 18+ years old, physical capability to lift and move items, and willingness to work outdoors in various weather.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work a schedule with hours varying from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another associate.
• Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions, including rain and summer heat.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and appropriately secure products.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise within the store.
