Job summary

A delivery driver role with Aaron's Family of Companies is focused on moving, installing, and demonstrating merchandise for customers in a store-based setting. You will drive the company vehicle, stage products, and support daily store operations while engaging customers in a positive way.

Qualifications include age requirements, a valid driver's license, potential DOT certification, and the ability to lift heavy items.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in U.S. locations and 18+ in Canada.
• Requires a valid state driver’s license and compliance with the Driver Qualification Policy, including a satisfactory MVR.
• Ability to obtain DOT certification if required for the location.
• Ability to work a schedule with hours from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. alone and 300 lbs. with assistance/equipment.
• Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and securely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
