Job summary

The Aaron's Company, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to deliver, install, move, and demonstrate merchandise, providing outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced, store-based setting.

This role involves loading, unloading, and securing products, supporting day-to-day store operations, and engaging with customers in the community. Eligible candidates must meet age, license, and lifting requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old for US positions.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• DOT certification if required in the location of position (US).
• Ability to work a schedule with hours 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and secure products; safely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise within the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
