Job summary

Aaron's Delivery Driver Assistants play key roles in the delivery and installation of our merchandise into the homes of our customers. Working directly with the Delivery Driver, you will install, move, and pick up merchandise and demonstrate how customers can use their products.

You’ll spend time inside and outside the store, support the team with day-to-day operations, and connect with customers in the community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a schedule with hours 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and up to 300 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions, including rain and heat.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and secure products.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in-store.
