Job summary

Aaron's is seeking a Delivery Driver in a corporate retail setting. Drivers deliver, install, and demonstrate merchandise in customers' homes while delivering a top-notch customer experience.

Responsibilities include loading, securing, and delivering items, verifying orders, and assisting the sales team with in-store and field marketing efforts. The role emphasizes safety, professionalism, and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Valid US driver’s license with satisfactory MVR.
• DOT certification in required states.
• Ability to work a schedule from 8 am to 9 pm.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted; up to 300 lbs with dolly.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with multitasking ability.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Professional customer service etiquette.
• Uphold the Aaron’s Brand and protect company assets.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Strong technical skills and/or knowledge of electronic products.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure and protect product in delivery vehicle and transport merchandise without damage.
• Verify product information and accessories to ensure it matches for deliveries and returns.
• Ensure all merchandise is clean and in operating condition prior to delivery.
• Offload, install and demonstrate merchandise for customers safely.
• Perform routine service calls, product exchanges and assist with merchandise returns.
• Safely operate delivery vehicle and follow the delivery schedule set by management.
• Maintain the showroom floor and store warehouse by moving and organizing merchandise.
• Conduct daily inspection of assigned delivery vehicle to ensure safety and maintenance guidelines are met.
