Feeding Northeast Florida (FNEFL) is the regional Feeding America food bank serving a 12-county area across Northeast Florida. Through food distribution, nutrition programs, and strategic partnerships, FNEFL works to improve health and strengthen communities by ensuring access to nutritious food for all.
The Home Delivery Program Manager supports Feeding Northeast Florida's home delivery initiatives by coordinating participants, partners, volunteers, and delivery vendors to ensure reliable, compassionate service for neighbors experiencing food insecurity.
Working under the direction of the Director of Health Promotions, this position manages participant referrals, delivery operations, operational data, and program workflows while exercising independent judgment to resolve day-to-day operational challenges and continuously improve program processes.

This position operates in a dynamic, mission-driven nonprofit environment within a warehouse setting with occasional exposure to environmental effects of operations. Work includes exposure to varying temperatures, dust, noise, and other environmental factors. Regular local travel required for partner site visits and program coordination within the 12-county service area.
Work environment includes both standard office settings and community-based partner locations. Position may require working in a warehouse environment to prepare and stage food boxes and produce bags for delivery.
Work involves prolonged periods of standing and walking, repetitive motion, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and extended food preparation activities. Must be able to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds. Work will include assistance with food distribution activities and exposure to indoor and outdoor environmental conditions.
