Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Demonstrated experience managing and coordinating complex operations involving multiple stakeholders, changing priorities, and customer-facing service.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to exercise sound judgment and work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to learn new software systems.
Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of home delivery programs to ensure efficient, reliable service.
Coordinate participant referral, enrollment, scheduling, and delivery workflows.
Monitor program operations and resolve operational challenges.
Coordinate with delivery vendors and troubleshoot issues.
Develop, document, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures.
Maintain accurate participant records and data entry for reporting and evaluation.
Serve as the primary operational liaison between Health Promotions, Operations, Warehouse and other departments.
