Job summary

SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators (Ready Mix Truck Drivers) to deliver concrete to construction sites while providing outstanding customer service. You’ll be the face of SRM at job sites, ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries and professional handling.

We value safety, reliability, and a service-first attitude, with home daily schedules and opportunities for growth. Class A or B CDL and DOT medical card are required; prior mixer experience is a plus but motivated newcomers are welcome.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or Class B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
