Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking skilled Mixer Operators to deliver ready mix concrete with a strong focus on safety and customer service. You will drive a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL), load and inspect concrete, and ensure on-time deliveries while representing SRM at each site.

This role emphasizes safety, reliable daily home time, and opportunities for growth within a nationwide leader in ready mix concrete. Pre-employment screenings are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Active CDL with Class A or B and valid DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to complete SRM pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (CDL) to deliver ready mix to job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specs and quality standards.
• Maintain professional customer service at every site.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and safety checks.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols.
• Maintain delivery and vehicle records in company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient routing.
• Assist with plant or yard duties as needed.
