Job summary

SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators (CDL Ready Mix Truck Drivers) to deliver high-quality concrete to construction sites and be the face of SRM with a service-first attitude. You will operate mixer trucks, ensure on-time deliveries, and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work in all weather.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Mixer operator experience a plus, newcomers welcome.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
