Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Mixer Operator to drive concrete mixer trucks (Class A or B CDL) and deliver ready mix to commercial and residential sites. You will load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specs, while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining safety at all times.

You’ll perform routine vehicle inspections, keep accurate records, and coordinate with dispatch to ensure on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or Class B CDL with a current DOT Medical Card.
• Commitment to safety and dependable work ethic.
• Strong focus on customer service and representing SRM’s values.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to deliver ready mix concrete to job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and professionalism at every site.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine safety checks.
• Follow DOT, OSHA and SRM safety protocols to protect yourself and others.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and coordinate with dispatch for routing.
• Assist with plant or yard duties as needed.
