Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking Mixer Operators to deliver ready mix and provide exceptional customer service at job sites. If you hold a Class A or B CDL, you’ll safely operate concrete mixer trucks, ensure on-time deliveries, and uphold SRM’s service-first standards.

You will perform pre- and post-trip checks, comply with DOT/OSHA safety rules, and help with plant or yard duties as needed. This role offers local routes, home daily, and opportunities for growth and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL with a current DOT Medical Card.
• Safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather.
• Customer-service oriented with professional conduct at job sites.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to deliver ready mix.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specs and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service at every job site.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and safety protocols to protect crew and public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records in systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for routing and scheduling.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
