Job summary

SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators (CDL A or B) to deliver ready-mix concrete to commercial and residential sites. You’ll be the face at job sites, ensuring on-time deliveries and professional service.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Customer service oriented and SRM values.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders and stairs, and work in all weather.
• Strong work ethic, reliability and a positive, go-getter attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Mixer Operator or Ready Mix delivery experience is a plus; newcomers welcome.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (CDL A or B) to deliver to job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specs and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols.
• Maintain delivery and vehicle records.
• Coordinate with dispatch for efficient routing.
• Assist with plant or yard duties as needed.
