Job summary

XPO is seeking a Truck Driver in Parma, OH with a valid CDL A. This home daily role offers a competitive pay rate starting at $29.35/hour, plus up to $2,000 in bonuses, comprehensive health coverage from day one, life and disability insurance, and a 401(k) with company match.

You will safely operate tractor-trailers, load and unload freight, and provide excellent service to customers while potentially earning paid time off and holidays.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license.
• Safe driving record and history.
• HazMat, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements within 90 days of employment (if not currently held).
• Pass a DOT drug test with no positive tests/refusals in 3 years.
• DOT Medical Certification Card or a company-paid DOT physical.
• Flexible schedule up to 12–14 hours per day, including day/night/weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer combination, including doubles and triples.
• Provide excellent service to customers, including generating sales leads.
• Load and unload freight.
