Job summary

XPO, Inc. is seeking a Truck Driver to operate a tractor-trailer, including doubles and triples, and to provide excellent service to customers while loading and unloading freight. This role offers home daily scheduling, substantial bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

The position is exempt under the Motor Carrier Act and requires a flexible schedule. Qualified applicants must have a valid Class A CDL, a clean driving record, and endorsements within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license.
• Hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements within 90 days of employment.
• Pass a DOT drug test with no positive tests or refusals in the last 3 years.
• Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical.
• Available to work a flexible schedule up to 12–14 hours a day, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer combination, including doubles and triples.
• Provide excellent service to customers, including generating sales leads.
• Load and unload freight.
