Job summary

XPO is hiring a Truck Driver in Plainfield, IN for a home-daily CDL A role. The position offers a day shift, competitive pay, up to 2000 in bonuses, and career growth opportunities.

You will operate a tractor-trailer (including doubles/triples), load and unload freight, and deliver excellent service to customers while maintaining strict safety standards. Full benefits start on day one, with life and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license.
• Safe driving record and history.
• Hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements within 90 days of employment.
• Pass a DOT drug test with no prior positive tests or refusals in the last 3 years.
• Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that’s up to 12-14 hours a day, including day, night and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer, including doubles and triples.
• Provide excellent service to customers, including generating sales leads.
• Load and unload freight.
