XPO is hiring a Truck Driver for home daily routes in the United States. You will operate a tractor-trailer (including doubles/triples) and provide top-notch service to customers while actively generating sales leads.

The role offers solid health benefits and a 401(k) plan, with bonuses up to $3,000 and a progression-based hourly pay range. Qualification includes a valid CDL-A, potential hazmat/tank endorsements, and a willingness to obtain any required endorsements within 90 days.

Formación

• Must have valid Class A commercial driver's license.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements within 90 days.
• Pass a DOT drug test and have a clean record in 3 years.
• DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company DOT physical.
• Flexible schedule up to 12–14 hours, days/nights/weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer, including doubles and triples.
• Provide excellent service to customers and generate sales leads.
• Load and unload freight.
