Job summary

Target is hiring a Truck Driver (OTR) to operate tractors and trailers for store deliveries and vendor pickups in the Indianapolis area. The role requires a Class A CDL and the ability to perform pre/post-trip inspections, complete DOT logs, and back trailers into docks.

Qualifications

• Requires Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or ability to obtain
• Knowledge of safety procedures and DOT regulations
• Ability to pass all required tests and screenings

Responsibilities

• Drive tractors/trailers over the road to make store deliveries and/or vendor pick-ups
• Back up trailers into various dock/yard locations
• Complete logs, trip reports, bills of lading as required by DOT and Target
• Perform routine safety inspections and address issues promptly
