Job summary

Target’s Distribution Center team is hiring a Truck Driver (OTR). You will operate tractors/trailers over the road, deliver to stores or pick up vendor loads, and perform pre/post-trip inspections in line with DOT rules. You’ll back up trailers at docks, complete logs and bills of lading, and follow safety procedures to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.

CDL is required and you must meet DOT standards. This role supports a fast-moving logistics operation, with opportunities to collaborate

Qualifications

• CDL license required and able to pass DOT tests and screenings.
• Ability to perform pre- and post-trip inspections including brakes.
• Willingness to lift up to 60 lbs infrequently and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate tractors/trailers over the road to deliver to stores or pick up loads.
• Back up trailers into docks and perform required shipping document tasks.
• Complete logs and bills of lading as required by DOT and Target.
• Follow safety procedures to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
