Job summary

Target is seeking a Truck Driver (OTR) to operate tractors/trailers and deliver goods to stores nationwide. You will complete logs, trip reports, bills of lading, and ensure DOT safety compliance while maintaining efficient, safe driving practices.

This role requires ability to back up trailers into docks and to work with a strong safety mindset. Starting hourly rate is $33.15 per hour with additional shift differential ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour based on eligibility.

Qualifications

• CDL required and able to pass all DOT tests and screening.
• Ability to perform pre- and post-trip inspections including brakes.
• Comfortable lifting 30–60 lbs and working in various weather conditions.
• Adherence to safety procedures and DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate tractors/trailers over the road to deliver to stores or perform vendor pickups.
• Complete logs, trip reports, and bills of lading as required by DOT and Target.
