Job summary

Atomic Transport is seeking CDL A drivers for local, home-daily routes in the Conroe, TX area. Join our stable team with a predictable schedule, late-model equipment, and competitive wages plus benefits and vacation for full-time drivers.

You will operate tanker loads from transfer stations to landfills, complete pre- and post-trip inspections, and be home every day while enjoying a paid orientation and holidays.

Qualifications

• Have a minimum of 2 years of recent CDLA driving experience.
• Must Have a Tanker Endorsement
• Have consistent employment.
• Be able to work more than 10-hour shifts.
• Have a clean driving record.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a commercial vehicle from transfer stations to landfills, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Navigate and position trailers on a tipper safely.
• Unhook trailer before tipping load.
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections using DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report).
• Immediately report any incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage to Operations and Safety Managers.
• Comply with all federal, state, and local transportation laws and company safety.

We operate over twenty-five terminals across the Southeast, Midwest and the West coast. Weare growing and looking for dedicated drivers in the Conroe, TX area to help fulfill our local lanes. • Saturdays as needed.
