Job summary

Liberty Tire Recycling, LLC in Richmond, KY is seeking a Class A CDL Route Driver to safely collect used tires on designated routes, load with a partner, and ensure timely delivery with accurate documentation.

You will drive daily, perform pre-trip inspections, maintain DOT compliance, and communicate with dispatch and customers to resolve issues. The role is hands-on, requires lifting up to 50 pounds, and offers home daily operation with full-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 22 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL and FMCSA qualifications.
• DOT medical/physical and drug testing requirements.
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record per DOT standards.
• At least 1 year of CDL driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A vehicle on assigned routes.
• Manually load and secure tires with a Route Helper.
• Complete DOT logs, bills of lading, and paperwork.
• Maintain loads, equipment, and safety compliance.
• Communicate route status and issues with dispatch.
• Inspect vehicle pre-trip and post-trip; report concerns.
