Job summary

AAA Cooper Transportation, Inc. seeks Linehaul Drivers for home daily routes across intra-state and inter-state duties. You will operate company vehicles and may handle loading, unloading, and freight management to meet safety and service standards.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL, DOT medical card, and endorsements (Hazmat, Tanker, Doubles/Triples). One year of experience, clean driving record, and successful onboarding are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Class A CDL and DOT medical card.
• Endorsements required: Hazmat, Tanker, Doubles/Triples.
• Minimum 1 year tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Driving record with no more than two moving violations in 3 years.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Must complete onboarding: drug screen, background check, MVR, PSP.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial vehicles safely while complying with state and federal regulations.
• Meet DOT medical standards and maintain Medical Examiner's Certificate.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report defects.
• Record ELD, VIR, trip, and dispatch information.
• Ensure proper cargo securement to prevent damage.
• Load, unload, and secure freight as required.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and adhere to schedules.
• Exhibit professional conduct with customers and team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
