Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required.
• Valid DOT physical.
• Endorsements: Hazmat, Tanker, Doubles/Triples.
• Minimum 1 year of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Driving record with no more than two moving violations in 3 years.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Must complete onboarding process (drug screen, background check, MVR, PSP).
• New-hire training includes assessments, driving test, trailer test, forklift test.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial vehicles safely and comply with state and federal regulations.
• Meet DOT medical standards and maintain Medical Certificate.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report defects.
• Record EL D, VIR, trip and dispatch information using company IT.
• Secure cargo to prevent damage during transport.
• Load/unload freight as required and coordinate with dispatch.
• Maintain professional conduct with customers and team members.
• Share responsibility for safety and efficiency across trips.
