AAA Cooper Transportation, Inc. is seeking a Dedicated Local Driver to perform safe, compliant local haul operations within a defined area. The role requires a Class A CDL with hazmat and double/triple endorsements, plus DOT pre-employment screening and a minimum of one year driving experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL with hazmat and double/triple endorsements.
• Pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical.
• One year driving experience required.
• Read, write, speak and understand English well.

Responsibilities

• Perform safe and legal operation of commercial motor vehicles.
• Check shipping papers to determine if the load complies with all required regulations.
• Maintain records required for compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Drive truck to the required destination in accordance with federal regulations.
• Hook and unhook trailers and operate landing gear.
• Inspect equipment for defects and safe operating condition.
