Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking CDL-A delivery drivers to securely and efficiently deliver food and related products to customers on local and intrastate routes.

Drivers are home daily and typically Monday through Friday with some Saturdays as business needs dictate. Average dispatch times are early morning, with routes averaging 10–12 hours and strong emphasis on DOT compliance and customer service.

Qualifications

• Requires valid CDL-A and clean MVR
• Must meet DOT and company safety standards
• Ability to operate tractor/trailer and attached equipment safely

Responsibilities

• Deliver and unload food and related products to customers per route schedule
• Conduct pre/post trip inspections and log hours as required by DOT
• Verify deliveries, obtain signatures, and handle cash when required
• Maintain clean, safe work area at loading docks and in trailers
