Job summary

Century Communities, including Century Complete, is seeking a Permit Coordinator to assemble permit documents for new home construction and submit to municipalities. You will obtain building and utility permits per the lot purchase schedule and monitor status to ensure timely issuance.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree preferred, notary status or ability to obtain within 2 weeks, and strong organization, communication, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Must be a Notary Public or obtain within 2 weeks of employment.
• High level of computer and Microsoft proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assemble permit submittal documents for multiple municipalities.
• Monitor permit status to ensure timely issuance per lot schedule.
• Submit and pick up building and utility permits in all municipalities for the division.
• Resolve permitting concerns that may arise.
• Assist in verifying processes, documents, and costs for new lot purchases.
