Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver functional rehab across home, school, work and community settings in Denver, Colorado. You will work autonomously within a collaborative team of therapists to bring therapy into real-life environments.

Responsibilities include evaluations, treatment planning for speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders, regular progress reviews, and discharge planning with referrals for safety

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Current Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice.
• Current CPR certification in accordance with state regulations.
• Minimum of one year’s work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders.
• Regularly re-assess effectiveness, attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide resources for home and community safety.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physicians and families.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes.
