Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, affiliated with BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver functional rehab beyond the clinic—at home, in the community, and in real-life settings.

You will evaluate, treat, and monitor patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Valid SLP license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification as required by state regulations.
• ≥1 year of work experience as an SLP.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and participate in staff meetings and family conferences.
• Conduct discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations and resources.
• Communicate patient progress to the treatment team, physicians, and family members.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes.
