Job summary

Southern Home Services is seeking a Home Comfort Advisor/Outside Sales Professional to close deals with homeowners, present HVAC and home comfort options, and build lasting relationships. This full-time role offers significant earning potential through commissions and bonuses, with paid training and ongoing support.

You will partner with service technicians to tailor recommendations, schedule in-home visits, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven history of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong ability to build and maintain trusting customer relationships.
• Proficient with PC and adept at using technology sales tools to streamline processes.
• Willing and able to travel to customer locations for in-person meetings.
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends to accommodate customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with new, current, and former customers to present home‑comfort solutions and build lifelong relationships.
• Conducting in‑home conversations to help homeowners save on utilities and future repairs while improving comfort and air quality.
• Making follow‑up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate referrals.
• Completing any additional duties as assigned.
