Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of sales experience with a proven ability to close deals.
• Able to build authentic, positive relationships with residential customers.
• Comfort guiding customers toward home comfort solutions.
• Strong communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Willing to work in attics, crawlspaces, and lift objects.
• Stable work history with reliability and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess HVAC needs and provide tailored comfort solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships by educating clients on products, services, and options.
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
• Develop sales proposals that are accurate, complete, and transferable to installation teams.
• Negotiate and close projects while driving sales to meet or exceed budgeted goals.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in ServiceTitan.
• Collaborate with office and installation teams for smooth project execution.
• Use Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, documentation, and communications.
• Attend company meetings and participate in product or vendor trainings.
• Work occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate customer schedules and seasonal demand.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with customers, coworkers, and vendors.
