Job summary

Air Flo Heating Co. is seeking a Home Comfort Advisor to meet with homeowners and propose HVAC solutions that fit their homes and budgets. You will prepare estimates, discuss financing options, and build lasting relationships through a consultative sales approach.

The role offers a base salary plus commission, with first-year earnings of $80,000-$100,000 and an opportunity for ongoing career growth. Schedule is full-time, Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend work, in Sequim, WA.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is preferred but training is provided.
• HVAC knowledge or home improvement/service industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities.
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
• Intermediate computer skills and a valid driver’s license with clean record are required.
