BrightCare HomeCare is seeking a highly motivated Home Care Recruiting and Training professional to join our team in Mandeville, LA. You will oversee recruiting, onboarding, and training of new staff, and implement strategies to improve staff retention, ensuring high-quality client care in our community.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire qualified caregivers to join our team
• Develop and implement effective onboarding processes to ensure new staff members are properly trained and prepared for client care
• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to educate staff on BrightCare HomeCare policies, procedures, and best practices
• Analyze staff retention data and develop strategies to improve recruitment and retention rates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client care transitions
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to staffing, training, and client care
• Participation in office coordination for all day to day functions of the office. This is not a remote position and candidate will need to be in the office every day from 8am-4pm M-F
