Job summary

Kintegra Health is seeking a Home Care Agency Assistant Supervisor (RN/LPN) in North Carolina to coordinate participant and caregiver schedules, handle calls, and support CNA/PCA/housekeeping staff in home settings. The role requires supervisory capability and strong communication.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate's degree in nursing, RN/LPN licensure in NC, and at least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably with frail elderly clients. A valid NC driver’s license and vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing required.
• RN or LPN licensure in NC required.
• Minimum 1 year experience; supervisory preferred.
• Experience with frail elderly population preferred.
• Valid NC driver's license and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Represent Senior TLC’s Home Care Agency with accurate information for guests, visitors, and staff.
• Coordinate participant and employee schedules; develop staffing patterns.
• Supervise CNAs under the Home Care Agency Supervisor.
• Assist with staff training, development, and orientation.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy policies; follow state regulations.
• Assist with chart audits, inquiries, and resolving complaints.
• Participate in On-Call Duty after hours and on weekends.
• Assist supervisor with delegated tasks and special projects.
