Kintegra Health is seeking a Home Care Agency Assistant Supervisor RN in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on scheduling coordination, fielding calls, and supporting CNA/PCA/housekeeping staff in home settings, with on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications include an Associate’s degree in nursing and an active NC RN license, plus at least one year of nursing experience, preferably with frail elderly individuals, and supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed RN in NC with current license.
• At least 1 year as an RN, preferably in home or community health.
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience with frail elderly population.
• Supervisory experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Represents Senior TLC’s Home Care Agency with accurate information to guests, visitors, and staff.
• Staffing Coordinator coordinates participant and employee schedules.
• Ensures appropriate staffing patterns under the Agency Supervisor.
• Assists with staff development, training, and orientation.
• Supervises CNAs/PCAs/Housekeepers and administrative staff.
• Follows confidentiality and privacy policies and procedures.
• Makes independent decisions per state regulations.
• Knowledgeable about Senior TLC services.
• Assists with chart audits and complaint resolution.
• Completes monthly rounding with staff.
• Assists with participant surveys to assess satisfaction.
• Participates in on-call duty after hours and on weekends.
• Supports the agency mission and values.
