Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced office is preferred.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish, Chinese, Russian, or Portuguese may be required as needed.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ongoing scheduling of homemaking, personal care and home health aide services.
• Manage attendance, holds and regulatory documentation.
• Communicate with clients weekly and document interactions.
• Update attendant availability and ensure compliance with internal protocols.
