Elara Caring is seeking a Staffing Specialist to manage the ongoing scheduling of homemaking, personal care, and home health aide services, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to internal procedures. You will work with clients and caregivers to coordinate care and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, strong verbal and written communication, and solid organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate homemaking, personal care, and home health aide services.
• Maintain compliance and regulatory documentation within Arrow and other systems.
• Keep clients informed about staffing actions and care status.
• Orient new staff and manage attendant availability and scheduling.
• Support the team with related duties as assigned.
