About Us Loyola Medicine Home Care and Hospice provides compassionate, exceptional care where patients are most comfortable—at home. The Speech Pathologist provides one‑to‑one, patient‑centered care using advanced technology and clinical expertise in the home setting. Care is delivered through a multidisciplinary approach, collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, social workers and home health aides. Candidates must be highly motivated, detail‑oriented, organized, technologically proficient and comfortable working autonomously.
