Agincare Group is seeking a compassionate Home Carer to provide dedicated support to a gentleman with autism in his own home. You will build trusting relationships with him and his family, coordinate with family members, and ensure a person-centred approach that promotes wellbeing.

You’ll also support other service users as required, promoting independence and daily living activities. You’ll bring warmth, strong people skills, and a professional, team-oriented mindset, with a valid UK driving

Qualifications

• No prior care qualifications required; attitude matters
