Job summary

Resolute Care, LLC. is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide compassionate, person-centered care to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities in a home-based or community setting.

You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, meals, and reminders as needed. You will follow each client's care plan and behavioral strategies, support communication and social skills, ensure safety, document daily notes, and collaborate with managers, nursing staff,

Qualifications

Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
Ability to follow individualized care plans and safety procedures.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Able to complete required training and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

Provide direct care and daily support to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Assist with activities of daily living including personal care, meals, and household tasks.
Support communication, social skills, routines, and community activities.
Follow care plans, behavioral strategies, and safety procedures.
Complete required documentation such as daily notes and incident reports.
Encourage independence and community participation.
Maintain a safe, clean home environment.
Collaborate with managers, nursing staff, coordinators, families/guardians, and other professionals.
