Job summary

Comfort Keepers in Northern Virginia is hiring Home Care Specialists to build relationships with hospitals, physician offices, and referral sources across Springfield to Loudoun County.

You will educate families about in-home care services, generate new client opportunities, and collaborate with care teams to ensure exceptional experiences, with travel throughout the territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development or healthcare outreach.
• Experience in home care, hospice, or senior living is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Northern Virginia territory.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen referral relationships with hospitals, physician offices, rehab facilities, assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, hospice providers, social workers, and case managers.
• Develop community partnerships throughout your assigned Northern Virginia territory.
• Represent Comfort Keepers at networking events, healthcare meetings, senior-focused events, and local business organizations.
• Educate families and referral partners on our in-home care services and personalized care approach.
• Generate new client opportunities through relationship-based outreach and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal care teams to ensure exceptional client and family experiences.
• Maintain activity tracking and referral reporting through CRM systems.
• Support local marketing initiatives, community outreach efforts, and LinkedIn networking.

What We’re Looking For

• Sales, business development, healthcare outreach, or community relations experience preferred
• Experience in home care, healthcare, senior living, hospice, or related industries is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable networking and engaging with healthcare professionals and community partners
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout assigned Northern Virginia territory
