What You’ll Do

• Build and strengthen referral relationships with hospitals, physician offices, rehab facilities, assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, hospice providers, social workers, and case managers
• Develop community partnerships throughout your assigned Northern Virginia territory
• Represent Comfort Keepers® at networking events, healthcare meetings, senior-focused events, and local business organizations
• Educate families and referral partners on our in‑home care services and personalized care approach
• Generate new client opportunities through relationship-based outreach and follow‑up
• Collaborate with internal care teams to ensure exceptional client and family experiences
• Maintain activity tracking and referral reporting through CRM systems
• Support local marketing initiatives, community outreach efforts, and LinkedIn networking

What We’re Looking For

• Sales, business development, healthcare outreach, or community relations experience preferred
• Experience in home care, healthcare, senior living, hospice, or related industries is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Comfortable networking and engaging with healthcare professionals and community partners
• Self‑motivated, organized, and goal‑oriented
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout assigned Northern Virginia territory
