Excellent customer service, communication, and problem solving skills.
High School Diploma.
Valid driver's license and insurance.
Two or more years of general office and computer experience.
Solid experience working with the public, presenting a friendly, professional appearance while interacting with people.

Responsibilities

Coordinate DSP schedules to ensure effective service delivery.
Assist with assigning staff to clients and scheduling client services.
Identify problem situations and assist in problem solving to achieve optimum outcomes.
Participate in staff meetings with Branch Manager and other staff.
Ensure DSPs complete all required training and maintain data integrity.
Maintain timekeeping and paperwork accurately and on time.
Assume on-call responsibilities and provide client direct care when needed.
Ensure services comply with agency policies and licensing laws.
