Schedule:Monday-Friday 7:30 AM-4:00 PM

Pay: $19.47-$22.64

What You Bring (Requirements)

• High school graduate
• Minimum of one (1) year general office experience
• Scheduling experience is highly desirable.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Scheduling new and existing client's services. New client intake and referred to Director of Home & Community Based Services for contract signing and care plans.
• Assist with admitting new campus clients as need when Director of Home & Community Based Services is not available.
• Assist in maintaining client and caregiver files.
• Basic telephone and faxing skills needed with phone etiquette with an emphasis on customer service. Basic marketing skills a plus.
