Senior Community Care of North Carolina PACE is seeking a Registered Nurse in Durham, NC to provide direct, hands-on care and support residents with daily living activities in a compassionate, person-centered approach.

Pay Range: $39.00-$50.50 Schedule: M-F 8a-4:30p

What You Bring (Requirements)

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in NC
• Current CPR Certification
• Strong communication and customer service skills

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Provide direct, hands-on care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Support residents’ physical and emotional well-being by building meaningful connections and delivering compassionate, person-centered care
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing team to ensure timely and appropriate care
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment while following all care plans, safety protocols, and infection control standards
