Job summary

Attentive Angels Home Care is seeking a driven Home Care Sales Specialist / Community Liaison to expand our referral network across the Midlands region. Based in the Columbia, SC area, you will cultivate relationships with hospitals, SNFs, social workers, and discharge planners to drive growth and client census.

This field-based role offers a competitive base salary, a lucrative bonus program, and opportunities to advance within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Proven healthcare sales experience with a track record of growing referrals.
• Experience building relationships with hospitals, SNFs, social workers, discharge planners, and post-acute providers.
• Strong networking, presentation, and consultative selling abilities.
• Ability to manage a field-based territory and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Generate referrals and drive market growth through strategic sales activity.

What You’ll Do

As a Home Care Sales Specialist / Community Liaison, you’ll be responsible for building and strengthening referral relationships throughout your territory.

• Generate referrals and drive market growth through strategic sales activity.

• Promote Attentive Angels' service offerings, differentiators, and commitment to exceptional client care.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
