Job summary

Compassion Care Staffing – Home Care Service in Lisle, Illinois seeks a highly motivated Home Care Sales & Marketing Manager with 5–7 years of proven experience in home care sales, healthcare marketing, business development, or referral relationship management.

The role focuses on expanding the client base by developing community relationships, increasing referrals, and generating private-pay home care clients while strengthening the agency’s presence in the local market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of direct home care sales, marketing, or business development experience.
• Proven success generating referrals and acquiring new home care clients.
• Established relationships with senior living communities, rehabilitation centers, hospitals, social workers, case managers, or other healthcare referral sources.
• Strong networking, communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to independently develop new referral sources and convert opportunities into active clients.
• Valid driver’s license to drive company vehicle.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase client referrals and agency revenue.
• Identify, contact, and establish relationships with prospective clients and referral sources.
• Generate new business opportunities for private-pay home care services.
• Conduct regular outreach, in-person visits, presentations, and follow-ups with potential referral partners.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and referral opportunities.
• Meet established monthly and quarterly sales and client acquisition goals.
