Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
• Typically 5 years of sales experience in health system or related industry (pharma, med devices, hospital, SNF).
• Includes 1 year of supervisory experience managing a sales team, budgets and market development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor a sales team developing physician and referral relationships across IL and WI.
• Execute growth strategies with sales team and operating unit leaders to meet revenue goals.
• Identify new markets, product lines and opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
• Oversee development and management of physician relationships and referral channels; coach field reps.
