A Home Care Sales Liaison is Needed to Expand Community Partnerships and Drive Growth for Home Health Care, Inc. in Minnesota!

The Position

• The Home Care Sales Liaison will represent the Home Health Care, Inc. brand at hospitals, clinics, senior living facilities, and community events, driving referrals and building new relationships throughout the community.
• This position will report to the Director of Business Development.
• This position will build lasting community relationships to increase awareness and utilization of home care services while educating patients, families, healthcare providers, and community partners on the benefits of these services. The Home Care Sales Liaison will serve as an advocate for Home Health Care, Inc. and Legacy Home Care, supporting their mission of delivering compassionate, high-quality home care services.
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and home care services, with the ability to navigate sensitive conversations with tact, empathy, and professionalism. This individual should be competitive in nature and a proactive self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills will be critical to success in this role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least two years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device sales required. Experience in home care, hospice, or senior services preferred.

Compensation Range

• The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000 + Unlimited Earning Potential in Commission annually. In addition, a leader may be eligible for other benefits, including but not limited to health insurance coverage, retirement benefits, and bonuses. The total compensation for the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The base salary range listed above is a good faith determination of potential base compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
